Dragana has been a brilliant partner for RPC and has been vital to some key people initiatives. She initially worked with us on a Leadership Development programme for all our senior managers, focused on feedback, recognition and development. The sessions were expertly designed and excellently facilitated by Dragana and gained hugely positive feedback from our CEO.
Dragana has also provided coaching services to members of the team and her focus on key outcomes and real results, catered to the various roles and levels, ensured the participants demonstrated real improvement in their development areas.
Most recently she has delivered an Insights session with our large Finance team and we received some further great feedback on this training, which was well planned and executed and ensured the team learnt a lot more about each other and most importantly, how to work together more effectively and productively.

I loved the fact Dragana wasn’t your average typical facilitator, Dragana genuinely took interest in each and every single one of us and tailored the course around our personal needs and requirements.
The highlight for me was the above and beyond displayed by Dragana taking the time to speak to me on a 1-2-1 basis after the course had finished and offered to meet up again to catch up after recognising certain topics and talking about them with me! & for some reason that self defence wall didn’t come rushing up.
